How to Make It

1. Step
In a large pan, cook the onions and pepper flakes in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Then, add the beef and garlic and saute until cooked.
2. Step
Add the brown sugar, cumin, cilantro and chili powder. Mix, then add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Step
Add the red kidney beans and cool for another 20 minutes.
4. Step
Add the green pepper and corn. Simmer together for 5 minutes.
5. Step
Serve.
