Ingredients
3 cups homestyle vanilla ice cream (420 g)
¼ cup whole milk (60 mL)
¼ cup heavy cream (60 mL)
1 ½ teaspoons pure mint extract, NOT peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring, plus more as needed
For Topping

shaved mint chocolate bar
sprinkles
How to Make It
1. Step
Add the ice cream, milk, and cream to a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth, then add the mint extract and green food coloring and blend until evenly incorporated and the shake is creamy, about 1 minute more.

Pour the shake into a serving glass and top with the whipped cream, mint chocolate shavings, and sprinkles.
