Healthy Smoothie Bowl: Pitaya Bowl: Mango Tango
2 cups frozen pitaya (330 g)
1 cup frozen mango (165 g)
6 frozen strawberries
½ fresh banana
1 ½ cups milk of choice (360 mL)
1 fresh kiwi
1 cup fresh mangoes (165 g), diced
½ cup shredded coconut (50 g)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
How to Make It
In a blender, add frozen pitaya, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and fresh banana. Add milk of choice and blend until texture is a soft-serve consistency.
Pour smoothie into bowl and add fresh kiwi, mango, coconut, and chia seeds on top.
