Loaded Grill Cheese: The After School Special
2 slices brioche bread
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 cup mac 'n' cheese (200 g)
1 slice tomato
½ cup caramelized onions (75 g)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
How to Make It
Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
Add the slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
Add tomato on top of mac ‘n’ cheese.
Add onions on top of tomato.
On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
