½ cup caramelized onions (75 g)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to Make It
1. Step
Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Step
Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
3. Step
Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
4. Step
Add additional slices of cheddar on top of mac n’ cheese.
5. Step
Add onions on top of cheese.
6. Step
On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.

Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
