Milkshake: The Cookie Chris
⅔ cup whole milk (160 mL), or coconut milk
1 ½ cups dairy-free vanilla ice cream (225 g)
¼ cup cookie crumb (25 g)
2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
chocolate sauce, for drizzling
How to Make It
In a blender, combine the milk, ice cream, and cookie crumbs. Blend on medium speed until fully combined, about 2 minutes.
Pour the shake into a pint glass and top with the marshmallows. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
