1 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
1 ½ tablespoons organic cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
2 whole dates, chopped (if pitted - remove seeds)
2 tablespoons pecan
¼ cup all purpose flour (30 g)
½ cup milk (120 mL), soy recommended

How to Make It
1. Step
Mix together banana and egg. Then, add oil/butter, cacao powder, baking powder, cinnamon and honey and mix together.
2. Step
Add ¾ of your chopped dates and pecans, then add all-purpose flour and mix well.
3. Step
Add milk and mix until well-combined. Then, add remaining chopped dates and pecans on top (Do not mix).
4. Step
Place batter in 2 greased ramekins and microwave for 3 minutes.
5. Step
Remove, puncture with a fork 3-4 times, then microwave again for 3 minutes.
6. Step
Serve warm.
