12 sugar cookie dough balls
2 ½ oz cream cheese (70 g), softened
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
12 teaspoons granulated sugar

How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the sugar cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly, and bake according to the package instructions. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, about 10 minutes

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth.

Spread an even layer of the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cookies.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar over the top of each cookie, then brûlée with the kitchen torch until the sugar is melted and caramelized.
