Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
1 cup blackberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
¼ cup sugar (50 g)
¼ cup lemon juice (60 mL)
750 mL Stella Rosa® Black Wine (750 mL)
½ cup Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy (120 mL)
4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
2 cups berry-flavored soda water (480 mL)
How to Make It
1. Step
Add the blueberries, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pitcher and muddle until the berries have broken down and the sugar has dissolved, 1–2 minutes.
2. Step
Stir in the Stella Rosa® Black Wine, Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy, and the thyme. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
3. Step
Just before serving, stir in the berry-flavored soda water.
4. Step
Serve the sangria, garnished with more thyme sprigs.
