1 cup caster sugar
1 stick Amul butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups maida flour
1 cup dark chocolate chip
butter, to grease the pan

How to Make It
1. Step
Mix brown and caster sugar.
2. Step
Melt the butter. Ensure it is at room temperature when mixed with the sugars.

Add eggs one at a time. Mix well.

Add vanilla essence, baking powder and salt.

Add the maida in batches.

Now add the chocolate chips.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 300°F (150°C).

In the meantime, prepare the baking pan by applying butter.

Drop small balls of the dough leaving 1½-2 inch gaps between the dough.

Bake for 15-17 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, take out the tray and let the cookies cool on it or else they will get stuck to the tray.
