How to Make It

1. Step
Zest the orange. Set aside. Juice the orange.
2. Step
Heat orange juice in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in and steep figs for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
4. Step
Toast walnuts. Cool. Coarsely chop walnuts.
5. Step
Drain orange juice and pat figs dry. Set aside.
6. Step
Mix labneh with walnuts, figs, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and 1 tsp orange zest in a food processor until chunky or finely chopped.
7. Step
Serve alongside crackers.
