How to Make It
1. Step
Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pot and add sausage. Cook until browned.

Add onions and sausage and cook until tender. Then add chili powder, corn, kidney beans, and tomato paste and stir to combine.

Add enough water to cover the contents of the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve alongside a toasted French baguette.
