15 oz 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (450 g)
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup thinly sliced pepperoncini (115 g)
4 garlic cloves, minceds
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup red wine vinegar (60 mL)
1 teaspoon kosher salt

How to Make It
