How to Make It
1. Step
Pour the milk and water into a small pot on low heat and mix until it starts to bubble. Then, add in salt, pepper & basil and stir.

When bubbling, add pasta of your choice and stir for 4 minutes. Then add cheese and tomato sauce and mix well until combined.
