2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar (160 g)
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk

How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Roll out pie crusts into a rectangle shape.

Brush the rolled out pie crust with melted butter.

In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of butter.

Carefully roll the pie crust up with your fingers.

Slice the log into small discs and arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

In a liquid measuring cup, mix together powder sugar, vanilla, and milk. 9. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
