1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
¼ Spam®, sliced in half lengthwise (1 12 ounce can (340 G))
2 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 pieces green leaf lettuce

How to Make It
1. Step
Slice the tomato into thick rounds. Season the tomato rounds with salt.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium/medium-high heat. Add the Spam slices and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
3. Step
Evenly spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
4. Step
Add the lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy Spam to one slice of bread.

Top with the remaining piece of bread, mayo side down. Cut in half.
