Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (250 g)
1 teaspoon salt
2 mL double acting baking powder (2 mL)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil (120 mL)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (120 mL), or regular milk
¾ cup plain greek yogurt (180 mL)
¾ cup white sugar (150 g), or 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 ½ cups strawberry (225 g), chopped
1 cup chocolate chips (175 g)

How to Make It
1. Step
Sift and combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg together in a bowl.

Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, almond extract, Greek yogurt, almond milk together in another bowl.

Add the dry ingredients little by little to the creamed mixture, and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and strawberries.

Grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin and fill with batter.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 350°F, or until the tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool pan on rack before removing.
