How to Make It

1. Step
In a small pot, add water, oil, salt, and the rice. Let rice come to a boil, and cook until soft.
2. Step
Meanwhile, in another small pan, add water, oil, lemon/lime juice, salt, black pepper and broccoli and cook for 8 min.
3. Step
Drain rice once cooked and, separately, drain broccoli. Add lemon juice/lime juice to the cooked broccoli and rice.
4. Step
Add rice and broccoli to the bowl and garnish with lemon/lime slices.
5. Step
Serve.
