How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Whisk the softened butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy

Add the egg and a tablespoon of the flour whisk till combined. Then, mash the banana.

Add the mashed banana and flour into the wet ingredients and fold them in.

Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 mins.
