How to Make It
1. Step
Cut top of 1 bell pepper off and deseed and destem the inside.
2. Step
Using the tip of a small knife, cut out a jack o’ lantern face into the side of the bell pepper.
3. Step
Stand the bell pepper up and fill with slices of the other two bell peppers or other vegetables.

Serve with ranch.
