Cut dough into 4 equal pieces, and roll out into long oval-like shapes about ¼ inch thick, spread thin layer of butter on each and bake in oven for 10 minutes or until baked through and just starting to brown on top. Do not over bake your dough.

In a medium saucepan, add strawberries, blueberries, orange juice, lemon zest, granulated white sugar, cinnamon stick and cook over medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes or until strawberries and blueberries are soft and desired consistency reached.
