1 cabbage, julienned, small head
2 small green bell peppers, julienned
2 medium onions, julienned
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
½ cup cornflour (125 g)
2 cups flour (250 g)
water, as needed

How to Make It
1. Step
Mix all the vegetables with the chicken.
2. Step
Mix together flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper. Then, use to coat chicken and vegetable mixture.

Add eggs. Then, add enough water to make a mixture that coats the chicken and vegetables but isn’t too runny or dry.
4. Step
In a deep-bottomed pan, heat oil. Once heated, fry chicken and vegetable pieces until golden brown.
5. Step
Serve warm with ketchup.
