½ cup granulated sugar (100 g)
¼ cup brown sugar (50 g)
½ cup water (120 mL)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
How to Make It
1. Step
In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, water, and vanilla. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the cinnamon and continue cooking until the syrup thickens slightly, about 3 minutes total. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
