On a small baking sheet, toss the garlic cloves with 2 teaspoons of olive oil until well coated. Roast for 15 minutes, or until skins are brown. Remove from the oven and let cool, then remove the skins.

Make the hummus: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, the tahini, lemon juice, salt, onion powder, roasted garlic cloves, remaining ¼ cup olive oil, and the water. Process until well combined and smooth.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and top with Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning. Serve with pita or crudités.
