How to Make It

In a big bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut shavings, nuts and dried fruit.

Combine melted coconut oil and milk. Once combined, add remaining ingredients and mix to form a ‘dough-like’ mixture.

Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray, topping with pumpkin seeds if desired.

Bake at 350’F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.

Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
