In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder and save for later use.

In another bowl, beat warm milk and butter until there is no butter in sight. Then, add the milk and butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix together.

Add the cinnamon and mix well.

Bake for 20 minutes at 230°C.

Once done, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and let cool/harden.
