Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (230 g)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (150 g)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (150 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups flour (280 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

How to Make It

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 375 °F, Beat butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
2. Step
Beat in flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda until just combined.
3. Step
Now, add mix-ins until every scoop has some, or desired amount.
4. Step
Scoop onto a baking sheet around 2 inches apart from each other, then bake for 9-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 1-2 minutes.
5. Step
Serve warm.
