2 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers, (1 green, 1 red)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups rice (400 g)

How to Make It
1. Step
In a pan, heat 1 tb oil. When hot, fry the onion until soft.

Add the garlic and fry for a minute.

Add the prawns and fry until they turn pink.
4. Step
Add the peppers and fry for a minute or until peppers are tender.
5. Step
Add the rice, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Cover and let cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
6. Step
Serve and enjoy!
