2 cups red wine (480 mL)
3 cups water (720 mL)

16 oz spaghetti (455 g)

2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
¼ cup pine nuts (35 g)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
grated parmesan cheese, for serving

How to Make It
1. Step
Pour the red wine and water into a medium pan. Season with salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil and add the spaghetti.

Cook until most of the red wine is absorbed by the pasta, 8-10 minutes.
