Rose And Rosé Cucumber Spritz

½ cup persian cucumber (70 g), peeled and chopped
6 oz rose tea (170 mL), room temperature
1 tablespoon agave nectar, to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 cucumber ribbons
ice, for serving
Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé, chilled
How to Make It
Place the chopped cucumber, rose tea, agave nectar, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the cucumber is broken down into a pulp.
Fill two rocks glasses with ice, then nestle the cucumber ribbons against the inside of the glass.
Strain the cucumber mixture between the glasses, then fill each glass with Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé. Serve immediately.
