⅔ cup almond milk (160 mL)
1 ¼ cups unsweetened applesauce (280 g)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

dark chocolate chip, to taste

How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Step
In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour and baking powder.

Add in milk, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Pour pancake mix on a greased baking sheet and evenly spread out.
