2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 pinch salt and white pepper
3 cups lettuce (300 g)
1 cup red cabbage (100 g)
⅔ cup green onion (25 g)
¾ cup roasted almond (95 g)
1 cup roasted chicken (125 g)
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
How to Make It
1. Step
In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, soy sauce, tahini, brown sugar, and salt.

Add the lettuce, cabbage, green onions, almonds, chicken, and the seeds and stir into the sauce until the sauce covers all the ingredients.
