  • ¼ cup corn (40 g)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (50 g)
  • 1 can enchilada sauce, 19 ounces (535 grams)
  • 5 tortillas

How to Make It

1. Step
Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Combine the chicken, corn, enchilada sauce (leave ¼ cup for topping and base),and ¼ cup (25 G) cheese in a bowl

Pour thin layer of enchilada sauce into a pan.
