Dry Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats (60 g)
1 cup coconut flakes (100 g), unsweetened, (or ½ cup (50 G) desiccated coconut)
1 tablespoon ground-up flaxseeds
Wet Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or pure honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
To coat bliss balls:
extra desiccated coconut and lemon zest

How to Make It
1. Step
Blend all the dry ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
2. Step
Add in wet ingredients and pulse till a sticky dough is formed.

Leave in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour.
