How to Make It
1. Step
Place potatoes into a pan with water and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.

Close with a lid, venting the cover to allow for light air emission. Steam for 25 minutes or until fork-tender

Drain potatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, and other spices if desired
