Ingredients
Spicy Jam
½ cup apricot jam (120 mL)
2 tablespoons tajin seasoning
2 tablespoons lime juice
Mango Sangria
2 cups chopped mango (300 g)
750 mL Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango Wine (750 mL)
½ cup Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy (120 mL)
2 cups mango nectar (480 mL)
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 tablespoons lime juice
mango wedges sprinkled with tajín seasoning, for garnish
fresh basil sprig, for garnish
How to Make It
1. Step
Make the spicy jam: In a small bowl, mix together the apricot jam, tajín seasoning, and lime juice.
2. Step
Make the mango sangria: Add the chopped mango, Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango Wine, Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy, mango nectar, chili powder, and lime juice to the pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
3. Step
When ready to serve, coat the rims of wine glasses with some of the spicy jam, then spoon more jam into the bottom of the glasses. Pour in the sangria and garnish with tajín-sprinkled mango wedges and sprigs of fresh basil.
