Thai Iced Tea Caffeinated Smoothie
1 ½ cups thai tea (360 mL), brewed, cooled
½ cup whole milk (120 mL)
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (75 g)
whipped cream, for topping
2 whole star anises, for garnish
How to Make It
Pour the Thai tea into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Add the Thai tea ice cubes, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
