¾ cup panko bread crumbs (35 g)
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large egg, beaten
whole wheat burger bun, for serving

How to Make It
1. Step
Combine the tuna, olive oil, panko, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and egg in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
