6 red chilis
12 fl oz vodka (350 mL)
1 cup dark chocolate (150 g)
1 pinch black pepper
¾ cup white chocolate (100 g)

How to Make It
1. Step
Remove seeds and veins from 6 chillies. (Wearing latex gloves for this part is advised.)
2. Step
Refrigerate chillies in vodka for 4-12 hours.

Melt dark chocolate and stir in black pepper
4. Step
Dip the chillies in the dark chocolate, coating fully, and rest on some baking paper
5. Step
Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Quick tip: you can make white chocolate thinner by stirring a teaspoon of vegetable oil to it after it’s melted.
6. Step
Leave to set in the fridge (about 30-60 minutes).
