10 slices whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
8 oz raspberry (250 g)
8 oz blackberry (250 g)
10 strawberries, trimmed and sliced
8 oz blueberry (250 g)
Egg Mixture
½ cup water (120 mL), warm
3 tablespoons honey
5 eggs
2 ½ cups milk (355 mL), of choice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Garnish
greek yogurt, as desired
maple syrup, as desired

How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
2. Step
In a large bowl, whisk together warm water and honey.
3. Step
Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk.
4. Step
Place bread cubes into a well-greased cast-iron pan.
5. Step
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and submerge all of the bread cubes. Let soak for 20 minutes.
6. Step
Arrange the fruit on top.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Serve with yogurt and maple syrup.
