24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into crumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese (225 g)
1 cup creamy peanut butter (240 g)
8 oz whipped cream (225 g)
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar (200 g)
½ cup cookie crumb (40 g), for garnish

How to Make It
1. Step
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Step
Crush cookies into crumbs, setting aside some crumbs for garnish.
3. Step
Add crushed cookies into a bowl and mix with melted butter.
4. Step
Pour crumbs into pie dish and pat down to form a crust.
5. Step
Bake crust for 5 minutes or until set.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

Add in the whipped cream and powdered sugar, mix again until smooth.
8. Step
Pour mixture over crust and smooth out the top.
9. Step
Refrigerate or freeze until set, about 1 hour.

Sprinkle the top with remaining cookie crumbs.
