In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, goat cheese, lemon zest, and ½ tablespoon Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning until well combined.

Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Transfer the cheese mixture to the lined bowl, cover with the plastic wrap, and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, until firm.
3. Step
Add the remaining 2½ tablespoons Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning to a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the seasoning to cover completely.

Garnish the cheese ball with sliced chives and serve with crackers.
