2 cups strong black coffee (470 g), cooled
1 ½ cups sweetened cream (355 mL)
3 oz irish whiskey (90 mL)
1 bar chocolate, melted

How to Make It
1. Step
Pour coffee into ice molds and freeze.
2. Step
Pour sweetened cream into ice molds and freeze.
3. Step
Whip the remaining sweetened cream and set aside.
4. Step
Take 4 cubes of frozen coffee and place in a blender, add 1.5 oz whiskey and blend until foamy.
5. Step
Add 2 cubes of frozen sweetened cream and 1 tablespoon of chocolate, blend.
6. Step
Top with whip cream and drizzle with more chocolate.
