How to Make It
1. Step
Add oats and milk of choice to a pot. Do not start to cook.
2. Step
Add the bananas, apples, vanilla and cinnamon to the pot and cook on medium low heat.
3. Step
Separate the egg whites from the yolks from 3 eggs.
4. Step
Once the oatmeal starts to form, add in the egg whites, stirring constantly to prevent scrabbling.
5. Step
Cook until firm and oatmeal is thoroughly cooked through.
6. Step
Serve with fruit.
