1 yellow onion, diced
mayonnaise
¼ cup green onion (10 g), chopped

How to Make It
1. Step
Put rice in a bowl, then flip it over on a plate, making dome rice.
2. Step
Cook spam in a skillet, then set aside. In the same skillet, scramble eggs and set aside. Once set aside, sauté onion. Put aside.
3. Step
To assemble, top rice with eggs, then add onions and spam. Finally, garnish with green onion and drizzle with mayo.
4. Step
Serve.
