3 cloves garlic
1 red chili
1 red pepper, diced

½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ¼ cups long grain rice (250 g)
1 ¾ cups water (400 mL)
⅔ cup pea (100 g)
⅓ lb prawn (150 g)

How to Make It
1. Step
Fry the onions, garlic, chilli, and red pepper with a little olive oil.

Add the chorizo after a minute.

Stir in the peas and prawns until prawns are pink and no longer translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
